The Certified Trade & Logistics Professional is a 40 hour course, which results in receiving a certificate once complete.

Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Registration is confirmed only after making a full payment at least 2 days prior to the course’s commencing date. Any seats booked without full payment will not be confirmed for registration.

If the cancellation was made 3 working days prior to the course date a 25% cancellation fee will apply, any cancellation made after that a 50% will be deducted from the course fees.

3. No refunds will be made after the course start date.

4. Rescheduling is accepted for up to 3 times only for the same candidate.  The rescheduled candidate will be registered for the next scheduled course as per the published schedule and registration is subject to availability.
 
5. To reschedule, you can call 04-4339333, or send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , no later than 3 working days prior to the course date. Faxes are not acceptable for rescheduling purposes. If the request to reschedule is not made 3 working days prior to the course date, there will be an extra fee of AED 100 charged for re-scheduling.
