How can I apply NOC for my employees who will be working outside Jafza?

Should you need to send your sponsored employees to work outside Jafza or for another Jafza company, you may apply for Labour NOC by following the below steps.

Kindly note that this is subject to management review and approval.

 Steps to Follow:

• Go to dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password.
• Click on Labour Services
  • Labour Letter Request – Approval. Create New Request
  • Choose:
    • Labour NOC Letter (to work outside Jafza)
    • Freezone NOC for Sister Company (another Jafza Company)
  • Enter all the details and submit to freezone.
  • The NOC letter will be delivered to your preferred location by courier
