What is next step post receiving the change status report?

You have to notify Jafza after the change status to process the medical, Emirates ID biometrics and the Residence Permit stamping. Please follow the below process:

Steps to Follow:

1. Go to dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password.
2. Click on Employee Services
   1. Employment Visa Entry Permit (EVEP)
   2. Apply for Employment Visa – Approval. Click on “Intimate Employee Arrival”
   3. Click the Service Request Number (SRN) ready for intimation and enter the mandatory fields.
   4. Once done, click on “Intimate Employee Arrival” again to process the request.

NOTES:

If you are changing the application to VIP request, both Medical and Emirates ID Forms will be prepared by Jafza. Please proceed to the Jafza service centre directly without any appointment. Residence Permit stamping will be processed once updated as Medically Fit.

For Normal and Urgent requests, please prepare only the Emirates ID form. Attend the medical and EIDA at the Jafza Medical Centre after receiving an email notification with the DHA form and appointments. Residence Permit stamping documents will be collected by courier once updated to medically fit and additional documents are uploaded online.
