How to Renew Dubai Customs Business Code?

Business Code Renewal will only be initiated once your Contact details are updated and verified through the e-Service – Manage Contact Details. Please ensure this process is completed, before you proceed for the renewal of Dubai Customs Business Code. 

To Renew your Dubai Customs business code, please follow the below steps: 

1. Go to www.dubaitrade.ae 
2. Click on Service Centre and Select Dubai Customs > Registration Tools > Renew Business Code. 
3. Enter the Business Code and the System generated captcha, then click OK. 
4. Change the expiry date as per your trade license validity and renewal date as the current date. 
5. Upload the trade license copy and passport copy. 
6. Save the changes with system generated captcha and submit for approval
