What is eDO service (Electronic Delivery Order)?

Shipping Agents can now use the online electronic delivery order service that replaces the traditional way of manual submission, collection of payments and issuance of delivery order to Importers. 

eDO for ‘Shipping Agent’ like Charge Collection for Handling, Demurrage, DO Charge etc, and Issuing Delivery Order through online by following the below services: 

Steps to Follow: 

• Go to www.dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password. 
• Click on the service “Delivery Order” 
• Then “Upload BOL Details” (.txt/ .xls) 
• Uploaded details can verify using ‘Monitor File Upload’ 
• Submitted DO request (by Importers) can check using Track Request 
• Shipping Agent can be verified or rejected all submitted DO request
