Reminder - Proper Use of Authority Inspection Areas

We would like to remind all port users to ensure the proper use of the Authority Inspection Areas within Jebel Ali Port.

It has been observed that some trucks remain within these areas after completing their assigned inspections or related activities. Extended occupancy causes congestion, affects traffic flow, and impacts operational efficiency for other users.

To maintain safe, smooth, and efficient port operations, all customers and transport operators are requested to follow the guidelines below:

• Trucks must proceed to the Authority Inspection Area only when officially instructed or scheduled for inspection.
• Upon completion of inspection or related activity, trucks must vacate the inspection area within 30 minutes.
• Parking or waiting beyond 30 minutes is strictly prohibited unless explicitly directed by authorized personnel.

Customers are requested to brief their transporters and drivers to ensure full compliance with these requirements.
