Fire Protection System Requirements For All Tenants

As part of our ongoing commitment to safety within NIP, all tenants are reminded about fire protection requirements.

Fire Protection Systems: All tenants must have appropriate fire protection systems installed, as required by local building Fire codes and safety regulations.

Maintenance: If already installed, please ensure that you have a valid and attested DCD annual maintenance contract in place, and that the system is regularly inspected and maintained by DCD-approved contractor.

Connection to DCD 24x7 Monitoring: All fire protection systems must be connected to Dubai Civil Defence’s (DCD) 24x7 Smart Monitoring System. This enables real-time alerts to authorities, ensuring faster emergency response.
