What Happens If My Credit Card Transaction Fails During Auto Renewal?
Renewal attempts will be scheduled multiple times, and an auto-renewal unsuccessful message will be sent to your email.

What If I Have Not Saved My Credit Card Details During The Subscription Payment?
You will get prompt messages on the Dubai Trade Login Page to update the credit card details. If credit card details are updated then auto-renewal will not be processed and subscription status will be updated to ‘Expired’.

Subscription Auto Renewal feature is applicable only with the combination of ePayment followed by Credit Card.
