  • Important: Jafza System Upgrade - Scheduled for 29 November 2025

    As part of our commitment to improving service efficiency, we are pleased to inform you that Jafza will be upgrading its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This upgrade will enable faster processing, enhanced transparency, and a more seamless digital experience across all your financial transactions. 

     

    System Migration Schedule 

    As part of this transition, Jafza’s finance system will be migrated to the new platform. During the migration period (28 November – 3 December 2025): 

    • The following payment-related services will be temporarily unavailable: 
    • Lease Invoice Payment 
    • Other Invoice Payment 
    • Make Deposit 
    • Apply for Post Dates Checks (PDC) Extensions 
    • To avoid delays or service interruptions, please ensure your Portal account has a sufficient balance on or before 27 November 2025
    • All non-payment services will remain fully operational.

    These updates aim to make payment processes more intuitive and user-friendly while aligning service names with the new system functionalities. Further details will be shared shortly in our upcoming circular.  

  • New Service: Return Permit for Residents Outside UAE for More Than 6 Months

    A new service will be available on the Dubai Trade platform: Return Permit for Residents Outside UAE for More Than 6 Months. This service allows employees with valid Residence Permits who have been outside the UAE for more than six months to submit a request for GDRFA approval to re-enter the country.

    How to Apply:

    To access the service, navigate through the following menu in the portal:

    Employee Services - > Residence Permit (RP) - > Return Permit for Resident outside UAE more than 6 months

    The following information is required when submitting your request:

    • Employee Number: Search and select the employee
    • Exit Date: Must be at least 180 days prior (select from calendar)
    • Applicant Email Address: Approved document will be sent to this email (It can also be downloaded from the portal under the same service request.).
    • PRO/Employee Mobile Number
    • Reason for Absence Over 6 Months:

             - Study

             - Health Reason

             - Crises and Disasters

             - Other (please specify details)

    Service Fee: AED 575

    Important Note: If the applicant has been outside the UAE for more than 7 months, additional charges may apply as per GDRFA requirements.

  • Notification of Company Changes and Complex Ownership Structures

    We would like to remind you of the following compliance requirements under recent Cabinet Decisions:

     

    Company Changes (Cabinet Decision No. 109 of 2023, Article 8)
    Companies must notify Jafza of any changes to company details, shareholding, directors, or management within 15 days from the date of change.

     

    Complex Ownership Structures and Parent Entity Changes (Cabinet Decision No. 132 of 2023)
    Companies are required to disclose if they have a complex ownership structure or if there is a change to the legal entity type of their parent company.

     

    Failure to comply with these requirements may result in administrative penalties. For full details, please review:
