All Jafza App users are required to reset their passwords immediately as a precautionary security measure.
Required actions:
- Log out from Jafza App and reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option.
- Create a strong, unique password that has not been used on any other platform or within the past 48 hours, and ensure it includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Share this communication with all relevant employees.
- Ensure your login credentials remain strictly confidential.
Important: Jafza will never request your password via phone, email, or support channels. Do not share your credentials with anyone, including IT personnel.

Please be advised that unstable weather conditions (rain, thunder, and fog) are forecast across the UAE. To help protect your facilities, operations, and staff, please take note of the following recommended safety measures:
Monitor weather updates:
We encourage you to monitor official channels for updates (National Center for Meteorology).Check and clear drainage systems:
Inspect drains, gutters, and inlets, and remove any debris to ensure outlets are free-flowing. Report any blocked or faulty drains immediately.Inspect building exteriors for risk of water intrusion:
Check external seals, windows, and cladding for cracks or gaps to prevent leaks.Secure outdoor installations:
Ensure any temporary signage, banners, or scaffolding are securely tied down or stored away. Avoid placing items in areas where rainwater may accumulate.Protect electrical and mechanical assets:

The gate operating hours within Jafza have been revised under the updated Access Management Plan, effective immediately.
