    In this regard, we kindly request your cooperation in responding promptly and accurately to any tax-related requests you may receive from the Ministry of Finance through our Licensing and Registration Team. Your support is vital for ensuring smooth operations and compliance with these regulatory requirements.

     

    All information shared with the Ministry of Finance will be handled with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with data protection standards. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorised personnel within the MOF, ensuring that no sensitive information is disclosed to unauthorised parties.

    • Submitting notifications:
    Companies whose fiscal year ended on [31 December 2021] must submit their Economic Substance notifications on the Ministry of Finance portal by [30 June 2022]

    • Submitting reports:
    Companies whose fiscal year ended on [30 June 2021] must submit their Economic Substance report on the Ministry of Finance portal by [30 June 2022]

     

    Please note that failure to complete the submission process may result in a penalty.
