Enhancement to Share-Related Services
Important update to Jafza's current procedure for New Registration, and share-related services, including:
- Share Transfers
- Share Capital Amendments
- Amend Shareholder
Effective 12 May 2025, the new process is set to be quicker, more efficient, and enhance customer experience:
- Creation of a Service Request (SR): First, complete the Compliance Task, by uploading the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Form, along with all other necessary supporting documents (such as passport copies and any declarations).
- The Courier Task is now the second step in this process. Your original documents will only be collected after Compliance has reviewed and approved the UBO and related documentation.
We have updated our process to ensure all documents are fully reviewed and confirmed before collection, resulting in a quicker, more streamlined experience for all customers.
