Introducing Jafza new Lease Rent Review Service on Dubai Trade

As part of our continuous efforts to enhance our customer service,  a new Lease Rent Review service will be available on the Dubai Trade Portal under the Leasing Services menu from 13 November 2023.

Features:

• You will be able to accept Rent Review terms through Dubai Trade.
• You can track the status of applications submitted through Dubai Trade.

As part of this new service, Lease Amendments will be processed using a digital signature solution through DocuSign, without the need for physical documents.
