Submit Customs Declaration

Description

This service allows customers to declare and obtain clearance for the movement of goods in and out of the emirate of Dubai under the following regimes:

Import
Export
Transit
Transfer
Temporary Admission

Service Delivery Procedure

Submit the application through all available channels
Pay service fees
Receive notification of approval on accomplishing the declaration

Service Fees

Fees vary according to the customs declaration type and shipping channel:

Import: AED 15.00 – AED 100.00
Export: AED 15.00 – AED 100.00
Transit: AED 15.00-AED 80.00
Transfer: AED 80.00
Temporary Admission: AED 100.00

AED 20 Knowledge and Innovation fees will be added on top of any service costs AED 50 and above

Invoice
Packing list
Certificate of Origin
Permit from restriction entities

Customs declaration of which the information is being amended (e.g. If invoice information is amended, then invoice needs to be provided)

Customs declaration requiring cancellation (documents may vary based on reason of cancellation)

Terms & Conditions

A fine of AED 500 applicable on amendment of Invoice level goods information
Declaration amendment is not allowed in case of Collected Claim, Declaration is under audit, Issued Makkasa, Declaration time limit expired such as (Transit Out , Import for Re-export, ... etc)
Declaration cancellation is not allowed if cargo is released
In case of declaration cancellation of type (Import) due to issue new declaration of type (Import for Re-export) , a fine of AED 300 will be applicable
Declaration cancellation is not allowed in case of Collected Claim, Declaration is under audit, Issued Makkasa, Declaration time limit expired such as (Transit Out , Import for Re-export, ... etc.)
