Email Change Request helps you update your admin account email ID along with other related information easily by raising a request form. The form requires you to fill all the required information. Provide relevant documents and submit on our portal. Once the request is submitted, it will be resolved by customer care team after reviewing the details within 2working hours.

You can enquire or amend submitted requests using enquire and Amend functionalities.

Steps to follow

Please follow below steps to raise an Email Change Request with Dubai Trade –

• Select the desired form tab – Request/Enquiry/Amend
• Fill in the form with the required details and upload documents (if required)
• Click on ‘Submit’ button to send it to Dubai Trade’s customer care
